1. Data controller

2. What personal data we process

  • identification and contact data — name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address, business ID for companies,
  • order and customer account data — order history, login e-mail,
  • content of stamp designs — texts, logos and graphics you enter in the configurator,
  • inquiry form content — message and attached files,
  • technical data and cookies — see Cookie Policy.

We do not process payment card data — card payments are handled by the Comgate payment gateway.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • performance of a contract — order processing, production, shipping, communication, customer account, inquiries,
  • legal obligations — accounting and tax documents (kept for 10 years),
  • legitimate interest — necessary operation and security of the website, defence of legal claims,
  • consent — analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta pixel); consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients

  • carriers — Zásilkovna s.r.o., PPL CZ s.r.o. (to the extent necessary for delivery),
  • payment gateway operator — Comgate, a.s. (to the extent necessary for payment),
  • hosting provider and website administrator,
  • with consent: Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta pixel).

5. Retention period

We keep personal data only as long as necessary: order data for the duration of the contractual relationship and then as required by law (accounting documents for 10 years); data processed on the basis of consent until it is withdrawn.
